1. APPLICATION
These conditions apply whether or not a contract has been made verbally or in writing.
2. QUOTATION
All quotations are made subject to the limousine still being available at the time of acceptance and are for stated requirements only. Additional work, i.e. extra drop off/pick up points will be subject to an additional charge of £10 each. Additional hours to the booking will be charged at £50-£100 per hour depending on vehicle.
3. RESERVATIONS
Reservations are accepted and held for 10 days only, after which time, if no deposit is received or no further communication by means of letter, phone call or email, then the booking may be resold.
4. PAYMENTS
A non-refundable deposit will be required to secure any booking. NO BOOKING IS CONFIRMED UNTIL A DEPOSIT HAS BEEN RECEIVED. The balance should be paid no later than 2 weeks before the date of trip OR by cash on the day to the driver. |
5. PUNCTUALITY
Whilst every endeavour will be made to ensure that timetables are adhered to, circumstances may prevail, which can prevent punctuality. The driver or company cannot be held responsible for road, traffic or adverse weather conditions.
6. CANCELLATIONS
In the unlikely event that the vehicle becomes unavailable due to mechanical failures etc., a full refund of monies paid will be made. Should a breakdown occur during any hire period, the company reserve the right to offer alternative transport or provide a credit note and/or discounted price against any future booking. Cancellations by the hirer will not be refundable if the booking is cancelled within 14 days of the date of hire.
7. PARTY BOOKINGS
No persons other than the stated number on the booking form will be permitted into the vehicle unless previously agreed by the company, up to the LEGAL MAXIMUM of 8 passengers in a standard size limousine. |
8. CONDUCT/DAMAGE
A damage deposit may also be requested as well as the booking deposit, where deemed necessary and at the sole discretion of the company.
The hirer will be responsible for any damage/breakage/spillage to the car or its contents by any member of their party; it is up to the Hirer to make the rest of their party aware of these conditions. In the case of one of the party being sick in or on the vehicle, there will be a charge of £75 to be paid immediately. Should any member of the party be a threat to themselves or any member of their party or the vehicle/driver, at the sole discretion of the driver they will be asked to leave the vehicle, and the booking will be immediately terminated. The police authorities will be notified at this point, and the company will consider no claim for reimbursement of any charges.
At the end of the hire any outstanding monies owed to the Company due to soiling or damage will be deducted from the hirer’s card details, or can be paid, in cash, to the driver. |
9. RIGHT OR ADMISSION
The Drivers are responsible for the vehicles and the passengers at all times. Any member of the party that is abusive or threatening will not be admitted into the vehicle. It is an offence to be under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances.
10. HEALTH & SAFETY
We would kindly ask that passengers refrain from hanging out of windows. All vehicles carry a NO SMOKING rule, and if any of these rules are broken the booking will be immediately terminated.
